Project included demolition of existing metal building, concrete pier and pilings. Dredging for new pier construction, drive in place 12 pre-stressed concrete pilings (18″x 60′), install prestressed concrete beams, deck panels and pour in place” pier covering. Erect new pre-engineered metal building, hoist track system, sheet pilings for foundation stabilization and new acoustic test liner by divers.
